Who we are
Revlio Studio is a digital studio that designs and builds websites and related digital experiences for businesses. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Revlio Studio.
Use of our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.
- Use the site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.
Quotes & engagements
Information on this site, including any pricing guidance, is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Every project is scoped individually. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. In the event of a conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Revlio Studio name, brand, website design, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership of work produced for a client project is addressed in the relevant project agreement. Showcasing client work in our portfolio does not transfer any rights in that work to visitors.
Third-party services & links
Our site uses third-party services (such as Cal.com for scheduling and Vercel for hosting) and may link to external websites, including the live sites we have built. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services and sites.
Disclaimer
Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revlio Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability relating to any engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable project agreement.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted, with the “Last updated” date revised above. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
